The incident report is 100% online. Go to Getaround website or app, then Your rentals > Selected the rental > Report an incident.
Our claims team cannot open an incident report by phone: it is your online incident report that triggers the opening of your claim file.
Important: an incomplete claim will slow down process: attach every document you have from the first submission (damage report , rental agreement, insurance information...). Including all appropriate documents from the start will enable us to manage your claim efficiently.
A confirmation email will confirm that your claim has been submitted successfully. We will get back to you as soon as we can to let you know what's happening with your file.
