Fixing a punctured tire

Roadside assistance covers towing in case of puncture where the car can't be driven anymore.

If spare tire are standard on your vehicle, you have to leave one in the car for the driver in case of flat.

Any tire repairs or replacements you request must include photos of the damage and tread depth measurements for the damaged tire. Getaround will only cover costs for the damaged tire, regardless of any manufacturer, dealer, or mechanic’s recommendations to the contrary. The Driver is responsible for the damage costs up to the Deductible.

If the puncture happened because of abnormal wear or bad condition, the cost of the replacement tires will be refunded to the driver and charged to you.
